Brett has worked as a specialist consultant to a number of Australia's biggest companies in both HACCP and quality management fields.
Brett has worked in the mining and food manufacturing industries for over 20 years including 15 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry where he specialised in optimising operational safety, efficiency, quality, HACCP and productivity. He has contributed to business success in manufacturing through management of continuous improvement and innovation programs, development and accreditation of a HACCP system and project management in the installation and commissioning of new production facilities within one of Australia's largest companies.
Brett has developed systems to assess, organise and identify gaps in client documentation and training processes to develop a logical framework that meets operational requirements as well as safety and legal obligations. He has managed and implemented projects to develop training, procedures, work instructions and operator manuals for the Mining department of the largest open cut iron ore mines in the world.
